Why are your delivery rates higher than other systems?
High delivery rates are the key to successful targeted email marketing. Unlike software you can purchase and install on your network or other web-based services available, our system provides optimum delivery rates. A Better Email promotes anti-spam, permission-based, and Opt-in email marketing. As a result, email systems like AOL trust emails sent through our network because they are viewed as non-SPAM. Our IP addresses are on White Lists with the major ISPs. This allows the automatic delivery of email typically blocked if sent out through other means.

In addition, our system includes a unique Content Checker. This tool allows our clients to run each of their campaigns through a quick diagnostic tool, which alerts them of content typical in SPAM. Using this tool will help your messages avoid company and ISP SPAM filters, raising your delivery rate even further.

Why not just use my computer or my network to send emails?
Simply put, we will provide your recipients with a higher delivery rate and you with better tools to create, manage and track your campaigns. Doing a BCC (blind carbon copy) from Outlook or you creating a system to send out thousands of emails will get your message sent, but there are many advantages our system provides. Here are just a few of them:

Can I upload lists to the system?
Yes. You can upload an unlimited number of Opt-in lists to the system. The system will strip out duplicate email addresses and improperly formatted email addresses. Our software also integrates seamlessly with business applications, including Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) packages, ecommerce systems, and other data sources. We make this possible through our open Application Program Interface (API).

Can I download list information?
Yes. You can download all list information from the system at the touch of a button.

Do I have to manually upload my lists to send emails?
No. If you want to maintain customer information in your own database, you can use the Application Program Interface (API) to dynamically add and update email lists directly from your CRM or SFA package.

Can I gather email address information directly from my web site?
Yes. Our Web Site Email Address Data Collection Tool allows your web site to feed data directly to your lists for marketing campaigns.

Does the system manage unsubscribes for me?
Yes. All emails sent will provide the recipients the ability to Opt-out of future mailings. Unsubscribes will remain in the system, but simply will not be included in future mailings. The system will make sure their wishes are respected, even if you happen to upload their email address again.
